Terms of Service — Tic-Tac-Toe 3D

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tic-Tac-Toe 3D at xo3d.me (the "Site"), operated by KVLK Studio. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Accounts

Some features, such as the leaderboard and online multiplayer, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

The Site, including the game, its code, graphics, audio, text and trademarks, is owned by KVLK Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties
